These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of digital products from ai-fitnessroutines.com.

2. Products
The store currently offers digital fitness content, including the 12-Week Challenge ebook. The product description shown on the product and checkout pages forms part of the offer. Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item is shipped.
3. Contract formation
Product listings are an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout and submitting the order, you make a binding offer to buy the selected product. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted, for example through an order confirmation or by making the digital product available.
4. Prices and payment
The price and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Any mandatory price information is shown before the order is submitted.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment and acceptance of the order, the digital product is made available by download, email, or the customer account, as described during checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for maintaining the technical equipment and internet access needed to open the files.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal expires only if you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins. Details are provided in the separate Withdrawal and Refund Information.
7. Licence and copyright
Digital products are protected by copyright. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own private purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit the product or substantial parts of it without prior written permission.
8. Fitness and health information
The products provide general fitness, nutrition, and educational information. They do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or another qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or nutrition approach is suitable for you. Seek professional advice where appropriate and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
9. Defects and statutory rights
Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content remain fully applicable. If a file cannot be accessed or the content does not conform to the contract, contact naiathletix@gmail.com so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Applicable law
German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
12. Consumer dispute resolution
I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
