Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may do so through a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Immediate supply of digital content
If you request immediate access to a digital product before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal expires only when you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins. The checkout must obtain that consent and acknowledgment before immediate delivery.
If the required consent and acknowledgment were not obtained, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, payments received from you for the affected contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received. Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will use the same payment method used for the original transaction and you will not be charged a reimbursement fee.
Defective or non-conforming digital content
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content are separate from the right of withdrawal and remain unaffected. If a download is unavailable, corrupted, or does not match the product description, contact naiathletix@gmail.com.
Refund requests
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law. Requests outside statutory rights may be considered individually. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
